It was quite calm and clean. The location is just perfect. The reception is 24/7 with most of the staff friendly and helpful. The lobby was calm and nice place in the evenings.

Location was perfect for me, staff friendly, breakfast very fresh and diverse, I loved the 2 restaurants : the ground floor was really nice and pleasant for lunch and the roof top had a beautiful view and cool vibes, perfect for an evening drink and diner, there was no need to go anywhere else !

It was a little bit complicated to reach the parking near the hotel as you have to drive on a sidewalk where pedestrians walk, so that confuses a little, but the personnel was very helpfull with this matter and showed the way. Breakfast was very good - big choice (fresh orange juice, omlette, bacon, cheese, pancakes, fresh vegetables, sausages, yogurts, croissants, etc.).

I like the staff they were overall nice in helping me with my luggage after the initial disappointment of my flight cancellation and then getting a very small room first day. But they provided me a good room during the last days of my stay

Breakfast was good - a decent selection. Bed was comfy, but not very long. Shower room was nice in marble. Staff were friendly. Location good - close to the main station & about 15-20min walk to the sea.

Everything was good for the price. Great location, right opposite tram stop and walking distance from shops/ cafes/ bars

Location was perfect, further up the main shopping street so was very easy to navigate the city and get to the coast. Street market on the Sunday morning outside was wonderful. Nice big room, comfortable beds. Excellent air con. Very pleasant stay.

We arrived early and were nice enough to let us check in early and go to the room, was nice to have the bunk bed around the side to separate from the main bed, bed was comfy, good location to attractions and train station to explore further out. We would stay again
